Anger Management

 

Anger comes in many forms. None of us were born angry. It’s often something we are conditioned into. It can be learned, or brought on by a range of things, from health issues, alcohol or drugs. It wouldn’t be hard to fill a page with things that can make us angry.

The issue is that anger or rage can and does impact someone else. More often than not in a very negative way, and it is usually the ones we love the most. It’s never too late to find help and when there is a risk you are going to harm yourself, or anyone else, we need to help before, not after.
